Filing a Grievance

If you believe MyPeps has discriminated against you or failed to provide reasonable accessibility or language assistance, you may submit a grievance to:

Please include your name, contact information, a description of what occurred, and the date of the incident. Assistance is available if you need help submitting your grievance.

Language Assistance
